Pap-Flon Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd.

We are located right at Plot No. 4721 and 4722 in Phase-4, GIDC, Vatva. Having two plots gives us enough room to keep the engineering side of things separate from the storage for Pap-Flon Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd. It’s a bit of a walk between the two buildings, but we’re used to the exercise. The work here involves a lot of precision, though the shop floor looks like any other busy factory you’d see around here. We have some old machines that still run better than the new ones, and we take good care of them. The air is always a bit metallic smelling, and there’s usually a radio playing somewhere in the back to keep things moving. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or shiny floors. We’d rather spend it on better tools for the guys. Our staff is a small group, mostly people who have been in the engineering trade for a long time. We handle the paperwork in a little office near the front gate. It’s usually piled high with technical drawings and old invoices. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s just part of working in Vatva. We make sure the parts we send out are solid and meet the requirements. No big speeches, just steady work from Monday to Saturday.
