Starting early at Plot 500/2 in Vatva usually means beating the worst of the traffic, but the GIDC area gets busy fast once the shifts change. Dhwani Polymer India Pvt. Ltd. has been sitting here in Phase 4 for a while now. Most days are just about managing the machines and making sure the polymer runs are coming out right. It’s not a quiet place to work. There is always the hum of the press and the sound of loaders moving pallets around the yard. Sometimes the heat in the shed gets a bit much during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay on top of the orders. The workers here mostly live nearby so there is a lot of local talk during the tea breaks. We have some old machines that need a bit of extra attention, but they still get the job done if you know how to handle them. The office side is small, just enough space for the paperwork and a couple of desks for the planning. We don't spend much time making things look fancy because the focus is always on what's being loaded onto the trucks. It’s a straightforward setup. People come in, do their bit on the shop floor, and head home. Dealing with raw materials and shipping dates keeps us plenty occupied throughout the week. It’s just how things go here in Vatva.
