We are over at Plot No - 38/1 in the Panchratna Industrial Estate. Panda Water Tech Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this space for some time now. Dealing with water technology means there’s usually some water on the floor somewhere, even if we try to keep it dry. The estate is a bit crowded, so parking can be a real headache if you get here after nine in the morning. Inside, it’s mostly just tanks, filters, and a lot of pipes. Our team spends most of the day testing things or putting together systems for people who need clean water. It’s technical work, but we talk about it in plain English. No one here really wears a suit; it’s mostly jeans and work shirts because you’re bound to get a bit dirty. We have a tiny kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best ideas come from. The neighborhood is mostly other industrial shops, so it’s not exactly a scenic view outside the window. We just focus on the components and making sure the pressure is right. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, but we eventually get it figured out. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge board of directors. We’re just a group of people who understand how water systems work and spend our time building them properly.
