You can find Bengani Udhog Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 514-515 on Road No. 13 in Gidc. Having two plots gives us a bit more room to move around, which is helpful when we have a lot of material coming in. The space is mostly filled with big crates and various pieces of machinery. We’ve been here for several years now, and the routine hasn't changed much. Every morning, we open the big gates and let the air circulate before we start the heavy work. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise from the neighbors and the sound of traffic on Road No. 13. We don't have a lot of office staff. Mostly, we are all out on the floor doing the actual manufacturing. Sometimes we have to move things around several times just to make space for a new delivery. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to happen by the end of the day. The benches are worn down from years of use, and the lights sometimes flicker, but the machines keep running. We focus on the physical work and try to keep our customers happy by being reliable. It's not a complicated business model, but it serves us well here in the Gidc area. We just keep our heads down and work.
