We are located on the seventh floor of the Phoenix building. It is situated right between the Nirav Flats and the road that goes from Vijay Cross Road over to Commerce Six Roads. That specific intersection is almost always a mess with traffic, especially during the morning rush. We do logistics work. In simple terms, that means we move things from point A to point B. It is mostly about coordinating different trucks and making sure the drivers actually know where they are supposed to be going. We have a lot of maps and whiteboards with schedules pinned up on the walls. It can get a bit loud in here when everyone is on the phone at the same time trying to track a shipment. We started this business because we knew a few guys who owned trucks and it just grew from there. We are certainly not some giant international shipping company with thousands of planes. We are just local people making sure that goods get delivered across the state. Sometimes a truck will break down or a road will be closed for repairs and we have to figure out a new plan on the fly. That is just how this job goes. The office is functional and a bit crowded. There are usually some half-empty chai cups sitting around. We work fairly long hours because the trucks on the road do not really stop. It is a bit of a grind but we enjoy the pace. No fancy promises here.
