Acmefil Engineering Systems Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at Plot No. 535 in Phase-2 of GIDC, Vatva. The name on the gate says Acmefil Engineering Systems, but to most of us, it’s just the place where we spend our days building and putting things together. We deal with various engineering systems. It’s a lot of assembly work and checking components. The shop floor is usually a maze of parts and half-finished projects. We try to keep things organized, but when we’re busy, it gets a bit cluttered. We aren't a giant factory; we’re more of a mid-sized operation. Our team consists of people who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have a bunch of managers in offices; mostly, everyone is involved in the actual work. The building is a typical GIDC structure—sturdy and functional. We spend a lot of time looking at diagrams and making sure everything fits where it’s supposed to. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We don’t use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We just build systems that people need for their own businesses. The trucks come by to pick things up, and we move on to the next project on the list. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to over the years here in Vatva. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big assembly, but that's just part of the deal. We don't complain much as long as the work keeps coming in.
