We have been here at Plot No. 78/8 in GIDC Vatva for quite a while now. If you look across the road, you can usually see the Abad Bread place. Most days, our workshop is pretty loud because that is just how it goes when you work with big boiler systems. It gets hot inside, especially during the summer months in Ahmedabad, but the guys are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time checking pipes and making sure the welding is right. It isn't fancy work. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a job because the client needs their steam setup running by the morning. The office is small and tucked away in the corner where we keep all the files and drawings. You might find a few tea cups sitting around because we drink a lot of it to keep going. We just focus on getting the metal cut and the pressure parts put together correctly. There are lots of other shops around us in this part of Vatva, so there is always traffic and the sound of trucks moving gear. We don't really do much for show. Most people who come by know what they need, and we just try to get it done without too much fuss. It's just a regular workplace where we get our hands dirty every day.
