Shiv Rubtech Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Plot No. 40/1 in Phase-1 of the GIDC here in Vatva. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Dealing with rubber technology isn't exactly the cleanest job, so you’ll see some wear and tear on our building. It’s a busy environment with a lot of heavy machinery. We spend our days making sure the production line stays moving. The heat from the presses can get a bit much during the summer, but that’s just the nature of the work. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a local company trying to do right by our customers. Most of the staff live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood workplace. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We take the raw materials and turn them into what’s needed. Sometimes things go wrong with a machine and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. That is just how it goes at Plot 40/1. People in Phase-1 know us as the rubber guys. We don't have a marketing department or a polished public image. We just have our workshop and our tools. It's a plain, honest way to make a living. If you’re in the Vatva GIDC area, you’ve probably driven past our gate many times without thinking much of it. We keep things simple and just keep working every day.
