You can find us at Plot No. 832 in the Kerala GIDC area, right off the Bavla Highway. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other factories and lots of heavy traffic. The highway is always busy with big trucks, so there is a constant drone of engines in the background. We work with rubber, so the smell is quite strong once you step inside our gates. It is a heavy-duty environment. The floors are stained and the machinery is loud, but that is just the way a rubber plant operates. We have a small office near the front where we handle the orders and the billing, but most of the action happens in the back. The heat from the processing machines can be quite intense, especially in the afternoons. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time and know exactly how to handle the material. We don't have any fancy meeting rooms or polished floors. It is a gritty, hardworking place where we get our hands dirty every day. The building itself has been through a lot of seasons and it shows, but it is solid. We just focus on our production schedule and making sure the daily targets are met. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is what we do here on the Bavla Highway day in and day out.
