Perfect Engineers

Our office is right in the middle of the bustle at 163 Broadway, inside the K-Sons Complex. If you know Chennai, you know that Broadway is one of the busiest and most crowded streets you can find. The K-Sons Complex is an older building, and our space for Perfect Engineers is tucked inside with several other shops and offices. It’s a bit of a maze getting up here, and the stairs are usually busy with people moving goods. Inside, it’s a typical engineering setup with drafting tables, old metal cabinets, and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corners. The noise from the street below never really stops—there are always horns, shouting, and the sound of engines. We have a few desks where we handle the technical side of things and talk to clients who drop by. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on the drawings and the mechanical specs we deal with. We don’t have any modern decor or expensive furniture; it’s all about function here. The air conditioning works hard to keep the humidity out, but sometimes we just open the windows and let the city in. We’ve been part of the Broadway landscape for a long time, and we like being in the center of the action where everything is happening. It’s a busy, sometimes chaotic way to work, but it suits us just fine and keeps us on our toes.
