We've been over here at Anna Nagar for a while now, up on the second floor of the Ad-5 building on Second Avenue. It is mostly just a bunch of us working on engineering stuff every day. Some mornings are quieter than others, but usually, the office is busy with drawings and parts and phone calls that never seem to end. We started this place because we knew how to handle technical problems and wanted to do it on our own terms. There’s no big fancy lobby here, just desks and equipment and people who actually know how things work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like, but it keeps us moving. People around here know us as the folks who stick to the work. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or wearing suits unless someone really important is coming by. Mostly it's just about getting the specs right and making sure the machines do what they are supposed to do. If you walk past Second Avenue, you might not even notice us from the street, but we are up there getting things sorted. It is a decent spot to work, right in the heart of the neighborhood. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, more shops opening up and traffic getting worse, but we just keep doing our thing at Pentaglide Engineering. It isn't always glamorous, but it’s honest work.
