We have been here at 6/7, 1St Cross, 3Rd Main for a good while now. The R.K.S. Building is pretty easy to find if you know New Tharagupet at all. Most people just call us Penguin. It is not a fancy office, just a place where we manage the schedules and keep track of the guards. Security work is mostly about showing up on time and making sure things stay quiet, which is what we do. We have desks piled with logbooks and a couple of old chairs for when the guys come in to check their shifts. The neighborhood gets busy in the mornings with all the local trade going on around us. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep working through it. It is mostly a lot of phone calls and checking on different sites across the city. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. People around here know us because we’ve been in this spot for years. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, so moving furniture in was a real pain back when we started. We just focus on the daily stuff, making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It is steady work. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a local office doing security. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs when things get slow. That is pretty much the way it goes every day here in New Tharagupet for all of us.
