Pec Limited

You can find us on the 8th floor of the Arcadia Building. We are right there at 84, Ncpa Road in Nariman Point. Being up this high means you’d think we have a great view, but mostly we just see other tall buildings and a bit of the street way down below. Pec Limited is a busy place, mostly because Nariman Point is such a hectic part of the city. The elevators in Arcadia are always full, so we try not to leave the office too often during the day. It’s a standard office setup—desks, computers, and a lot of ringing phones. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital files since we are a limited company. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the whole room. People are always rushing around in the hallway outside. It’s a bit different from a ground-floor shop because nobody just wanders in. You have to have a reason to come up to the 8th floor. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The rent is high because of the location, but this is where the business happens. We spend our hours looking at screens and talking to people on the other side of the country. By the time we leave at night, the area is finally starting to get a little bit quieter. It's just office life.
