We are located at 79/A, GIDC, Phase 1, right opposite the new water tank in Vatva. You cannot miss the water tank, it is a big landmark around here. Patfab Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this shed for a long time. It is a typical GIDC setup with high ceilings and heavy doors. The floor is concrete and has some cracks here and there from the years of use. We do not mind it. It is a workspace, not a showroom. During the day, it gets quite loud with all the fabrication work going on. The sun hits the metal roof and it gets warm, but we have some big fans to move the air around. We have a small office tucked into the corner where the paperwork is kept. It is usually covered in a bit of dust because of all the activity in Phase 1. Most of the guys here live nearby or take the bus. We know our neighbors at the other units. Sometimes we borrow a tool or help them move something heavy. It is that kind of place. Patfab Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is just 79/A. We show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing more to it. We keep a stack of old ledgers on the shelf and the phone rings more than it probably should, but we manage just fine.
