Parshvanath Controls

Our place is located on Balahanuman Road, right across from Arjun Lalni Khadki in the Khadia area. It’s an old part of town with narrow streets and lots of history. We deal with control systems and various parts here at 1891/3. The building is a bit older, like everything else around Khadia, but it serves us well. Most of the time, we are busy checking inventory or talking to customers who come in looking for specific parts. It’s not a big corporate office, just a workspace where we manage our day-to-day business. We spend a lot of time looking at manuals and technical details. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we manage to find what we need. People know us in this neighborhood because we’ve been here for some time. We aren’t big on fancy slogans or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and help out whoever walks through the door. The traffic outside can be quite something, especially during peak hours near the temple area. But we like being in the heart of the city. It’s practical for us and easy for people to find once they know the landmark. We keep things simple and try to be helpful whenever a regular client or a new face stops by. The shop floor is usually a bit dusty from the street outside, but that's just part of being in Khadia and keeping the doors open.
