We are over here in Navrangpura, right near Swastik Cross Road. It is usually pretty busy around this part of C.G. Road, so getting to the office at Anand Mangal-II can take a minute depending on the traffic. Parj Foods has been around for a bit now. We spend most of our mornings checking on orders and making sure everything is moving like it should. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the AC in the office acts up, but we get through the day. People often ask what we actually do here, and mostly it is just logistics and making sure the food supplies get where they need to go. It is not fancy work, but it keeps us on our feet. We have got a small team here. Most of us have been in this area for years, so we know the local shops and the best spots to grab a quick tea during the afternoon slump. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with big meetings and flashy presentations. It is more about getting the job done and heading home to our families. Some days are slower than others, which is nice for catching up on the filing that piles up on the desks. We are easy to find if you are ever near the Navrangpura area, just look for the building near the crossroad. We have been at this spot for a while and do not plan on moving anytime soon.
