Panchveer Engineering

Panchveer Engineering is at Plot 67 in the Shree Haridarshan Industrial Park. It’s right near the Baroda Expressway, under the bridge. If you’re coming from Vatva GIDC Phase 4, you’ll find us right behind it. Being under the bridge means we hear the constant rumble of cars and trucks overhead all day long. It’s a bit of a grey area with all the concrete, but it’s a good spot for engineering work. We have a lot of heavy steel lying around and the machines take up most of the floor space. It isn't a place for meetings or long talks. We usually just get the drawings and start cutting or welding whatever needs to be made. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of oil and burnt metal. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually just eat our tiffin boxes on the workbenches during the break. There’s a tea stall just outside the park where we go in the afternoons. The work is hard and it’s usually hot inside the shed, especially during the summer months. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or anything like that. Just regular clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. We’ve got a small team that’s been together for a bit, so everyone knows what they’re supposed to do without being told. It’s just a basic engineering shop doing its thing near the highway.
