Our place, PACKWELL INDIA, is at Plot No. B-19 in the Suryam Plaza Estate. You have to go down Road No. 15 in the Kathwada Gidc area. If you find the Bhagyoday Hotel, we are right behind it. It’s a typical industrial estate vibe here. Lots of trucks, lots of noise, and plenty of activity. We’ve been operating from this plot for several years. The building is functional. We don't have fancy signs or a big lobby. It's mostly just space for the machinery and the materials we use for packing. It gets pretty loud when everything is running at once. We have a small team of workers who know the machines inside out. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend half the day fixing a belt or a motor. That’s just part of the deal when you run a place like this. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the packing gets done right. The office is just a small room in the corner where we keep the books and answer the phone. It’s usually dusty because of the warehouse next door, but we don't mind. We prefer being out where the work is happening anyway. Kathwada Gidc is a busy hub, and we’re glad to be a part of it. It’s a simple operation, run by people who’ve been doing this for a long time.
