Our office is in Oxford Avenue, quite close to CU Shah Collage. It's a decent building, though the parking can be a real headache sometimes. We've been in this spot for a while. Mostly it’s just us sitting at desks with computers and some samples lying around. We deal with various industrial parts. It gets a bit quiet during the day when everyone is busy. The students from the collage walk by all the time, so there’s always some energy outside. We aren't a massive company, just a small team trying to keep up with orders. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and that's the worst part of the day. We have boxes stacked in the corner that we haven't sorted yet. It’s not some perfectly organized corporate space. We talk to people on the phone a lot, trying to figure out shipping and dates. My desk is always a mess of papers. We try to stay on top of things but life happens. It's just a regular office job really. We go out for lunch at the little stalls nearby. The sun hits the windows in the afternoon and it gets quite warm. We just do our bit and go home. Nothing too complicated. We’ve known our neighbors in the building for years. We help each other out with small things like borrowing a stapler or moving a heavy desk. It’s a friendly place. We have some plants in the corner that I forget to water sometimes. They’re still alive somehow. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
