Rachana Engineering Works

If you are looking for Rachana Engineering Works, we are over at Plot No. L-54 in GIDC. The easiest way to find us is to look for the old water tank because we are right behind it. It’s a bit of a landmark around here and helps people who are lost in the maze of plots. The shop itself is nothing special to look at, just a sturdy building where we spend most of our daylight hours. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by midday, and someone is always sweeping them into a pile. We don’t really do much in the way of marketing or fancy talk. Most of the people who come here are locals who know us or someone we’ve worked for before. We have an old desk in the corner where the paperwork gets piled up, mostly invoices and some rough sketches. It’s a loud environment, especially when the grinders are going, so we end up doing a lot of gesturing to communicate. Sometimes the tea guy forgets our order, or the power fluctuates, but that is just part of being in this area. We like the routine of it, honestly. Getting in early, checking the machines, and seeing a job through to the end is what the day is about. It's a simple life of making things and fixing what’s broken.
