Our shop is in Krishna Estate, right across from Hotel Pam. If you know the Odhav Circle area at all, we are quite easy to find among the other units. It is a noisy part of town with all the heavy traffic and other workshops around us. We do a lot of heavy engineering work, mostly repairs and making machine parts for people. The floor is always covered in a bit of oil and metal chips from the machines. We have a few big machines that take up most of the floor space. It is not a clean place, but it is where things get fixed properly. I usually have grease under my fingernails by ten in the morning every day. We do not have a lobby or a waiting room for customers. Usually, they just stand by the entrance and tell us what is broken on their equipment. We take a look, give them a price, and get straight to work. Sometimes we have to stay quite late to finish a welding job that needs to be picked up early the next morning. The heat from the welding is pretty intense during the summer months. We are just a small group of guys who know how to work with steel and iron. We do not do any marketing. The people who need us usually know where we are because we have been here for years. It is honest work.
