Novel Signage & Displays

If you are walking down Ashram Road near the City Gold Cinema, you might miss us if you don’t look up. We are situated on the first floor of the National Chamber building at Plot No. 7. It’s an old building but it serves us well. Novel Signage & Displays is basically just a group of us who enjoy putting things together. The workshop gets pretty loud when the cutting machines are running. We have stacks of acrylic and metal sheets piled up in the corners. Sometimes the stairs up here are a bit of a climb if you are carrying heavy stuff, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend a lot of time measuring things twice and then measuring them again just to be sure. It gets dusty in here, no matter how much we sweep. Most of our days are spent looking at designs on a screen and then trying to make them real out of plastic or wood. It’s a lot of manual labor, really. We don’t have a big team, just enough people to keep things moving. Sometimes we stay late when a job needs to get out the door by morning. Ashram Road is always noisy with traffic, but it’s nice being in the middle of everything. We keep our tools sharp and our workspace as organized as we can manage. It’s just a regular local business doing what we know how to do every day.
