Nishi'S Food Products

We started Nishi'S Food Products over at 39, Revabhai Ind. Area, right near Nikisu Fab. in Amraiwadi. It’s a busy spot. Most days here are just about getting the orders ready and making sure the food goes out fresh. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things done. People in C.T.M. know where we are because of the sign out front. We’ve been here a while now. Some mornings are a bit chaotic when the supplies arrive, but we manage to keep things moving. We mostly just focus on the products themselves rather than trying to look big or important. It’s a small team of us working here. Sometimes the machines act up or the heat gets to be a lot in the summer, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t really do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who just know what we do. If you walk past the shop, you'll see us packing things up. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside from the industrial area, but we’re used to it. We keep our space as clean as possible for the food prep. It isn't a huge factory, just a decent-sized place in the estate where we can work steadily. We’ve got our routine down and we stick to it every day.
