Nilkanth Engineering Works

Our workshop, Nilkanth Engineering Works, is located at 5503/2 in the GIDC area of Vatva. If you know the Trikumparu Cross Road, then you are pretty much there, we are right near it in Phase 4. It’s a busy part of the industrial estate, and there’s always the sound of work in the background. We aren't the type to have a fancy reception area with air conditioning. It’s a real working shop at 5503/2. The floors are concrete and there’s usually a bit of dust around because that’s the nature of being in an industrial zone. Nilkanth Engineering Works is where a handful of us spend our time from Monday to Saturday. We know the other shop owners around Phase 4 and we often grab a quick lunch at the stalls near the cross road. The traffic in Vatva can be a bit of a mess during shift changes, but you get used to the chaos after a few months. We don’t have any big mission statements or anything like that hanging on the walls. We just have the gear we need and the jobs that need finishing. People come to us at 5503/2 because they know we are here and we’ve been here for a long time. It’s just a plain, honest place to work, and we don’t try to make it seem like anything else. We keep the doors open and the lights on until the work is finished, and that’s about it for our daily routine. It is what it is.
