Nestle India Limited

Spencer Plaza is an old landmark in Chennai. Our office for Nestle India Limited is up on the sixth floor, away from most of the noise. You can see the busy Anna Salai traffic from the windows, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and phones. We’ve been here quite a while. Most mornings start with a cup of coffee while we look over the shipment schedules. The building has seen better days, the lifts are sometimes finicky, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the paperwork for the southern region right here. It’s not a fancy setup with modern art or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and stacks of files that need sorting. When it rains, the traffic outside gets even worse, so we often end up staying a bit late to let it clear. There’s a small pantry where we eat our lunch. We talk about regular stuff like the cricket scores or how hot the weather is getting. Sometimes people come by with documents to sign and we have to hunt for a working pen. It’s just how a normal office runs. We don't have big meetings every hour, just people doing their jobs and making sure the products get to where they need to be. It can get a bit cluttered with all the stationery, but we know where everything is kept when we need it in a hurry.
