Neoplast Engineering is located on the second floor of Safal Profitaire, which is right near the Prahladnagar Auda Garden on Corporate Road. It’s a busy part of the Satellite area in Ahmedabad. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with cars and people. The office is a mix of engineering talk and the general hum of a workplace. We have our desks and computers set up for the design work, and there’s usually a pile of blueprints somewhere. It’s a bit more of a professional setting than a workshop, but it’s still very much a place where real work happens. We go down to the garden sometimes just to get some fresh air during the break. The building itself is quite modern, but our office feels lived-in and busy. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing; we just talk about what needs to be fixed or built. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so there’s a lot of casual conversation mixed in with the technical stuff. Sometimes the lifts are slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just a normal day-to-day existence of trying to manage engineering projects and making sure the clients get what they asked for. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy words, just keeping our heads down and doing the work.
