NEELAM Fabricators

Neelam Fabricators is over at Plot 27 in the Shree Ram Industrial Estate. It’s one of those places where you hear the hammers and welding machines before you even see the sign. We do a lot of heavy lifting and metal bending here. The floor is concrete and always has some kind of project sitting on it in various stages of completion. It’s a hot and noisy environment, especially when the welding torches are going full blast. We’re just a bunch of regular guys who know how to work with steel. We’ve been in this estate for a good bit now. Everyone around here is doing something similar, so there’s a lot of mutual respect between the shops. We don’t have an air-conditioned office or fancy furniture. Usually, if a customer comes by, we just talk to them right there on the floor. It’s more direct that way. We keep an eye on the clock to make sure we’re moving along, but we don’t rush things if it means making a mistake. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s kept us going for years. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit through the roof, but we just move the machines and keep on going. We just do the fabrication work that comes in and try to stay out of trouble.
