Orion Equipment

Our office is in the Kalpana Complex, specifically rooms 234-239 on the first floor. We’re right near the Memnagar Navrangpura Fire Station. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find. We are Orion Equipment. We’ve been in this part of Navrangpura for a good while now. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking on phones or the hum of the air conditioner. We handle various types of equipment, mostly helping businesses get what they need to stay running. It’s a lot of logistics—ordering parts, tracking shipments, and making sure the right box gets to the right person. We aren't a massive warehouse, but we stay busy. Sometimes the desks get buried under catalogs and order forms, but we know where everything is. Our staff is small and we’ve all been working together long enough that we don't need to say much to get things done. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a weird request for a part they can't find anywhere else. We’ll look through the books and see what we can do. It’s just a normal business day for us. We don't have a lot of corporate polish or a marketing department. We just answer the phone, do the paperwork, and try to make sure our customers get what they paid for without any unnecessary delays. It's a bit cramped with all the manuals, but it's home.
