Industrial Engineering

Industrial Engineering is found over at Plot No. 178/1/d in Phase 1 of the GIDC. It is a standard industrial plot where we do all our daily manufacturing and assembly work. The space is used mostly for storage and our production line. We have been in this location for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the industrial estate change around us. Our day starts early when the gates open and the first shift gets in. There is always a list of items that need to be produced or repaired. We keep a close eye on the equipment to make sure nothing breaks down in the middle of a run. The staff is experienced and they don't need much supervision. We just tell them what needs to be done for the day and they get to it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that’s not really a priority when there are orders to fill. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; visitors usually just walk right into the main work area. We keep things simple and avoid anything that feels too corporate or polished. It’s just a group of people working together in a warehouse environment. We value being consistent and just making sure the output stays steady week after week without any unnecessary drama. We’ve been here long enough that we know how everything works around the shop floor and yard.
