Narayankrupa Industries

We are based in the Panch Ratna Industrial Estate in Changodar. It’s unit number 291, right off the Sarkhej-Bavla Road. This area used to be much quieter, but now it’s packed with factories and warehouses. Narayankrupa Industries is one of the many sheds you see along the road. It’s a big open space with high ceilings to keep the air moving, though it still gets quite warm. We do a lot of heavy lifting and machine work here. You’ll usually find us covered in a bit of grease or dust by noon. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor. We started this business because we wanted to build something of our own. It’s been a lot of long hours and hard work to get everything set up. We have a solid team of workers from the surrounding villages. We eat our lunch together under the shade of the trees outside when it's too hot inside the shed. There’s no corporate talk here, just talk about the machines and the next delivery. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole night fixing them. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We don't try to be anything we're not. We're just a local industrial unit making a living in Changodar and trying to stay ahead of the schedule.
