Murlidhar Die & Tools is over in Ahmedabad, specifically at No. 16 in the Harshad Industrial Estate. We are tucked inside the Margha Farm Compound near Viratnagar Char Rasta. It’s a real industrial area, so don’t expect anything pretty. Bapunagar is full of places like ours. Our shop is where we make dies and various tools. It’s noisy, dusty, and there is always the smell of cutting oil. We’ve been here at this 380024 address for quite some time. The team here is small. We mostly just focus on the machines. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find us at the lathe or checking a blueprint on a greasy table. We like it that way. It’s real work. Gujarat has a lot of these industrial estates, and we are just one of the many shops keeping things moving. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our jobs come from other businesses nearby who know we do a solid job with the tools. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just deal with it and move on. We aren't corporate people. We are just guys who know how to work with metal and make tools that last. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living in a busy city like Ahmedabad. We just get on with the job every day. There is no point in complicating things when there is metal to be cut.
