Steelfit Engineering Co.

Steelfit Engineering Co. takes up a bit of space here in Phase-4. We have Plot No. 2917, 2918, and 2902, so we are spread across a few buildings in GIDC Vatva. Having the extra plots helps because engineering work takes up a lot of room once you start putting things together. It’s a loud place most of the time. Between the cutting saws and the hammers, you have to raise your voice to be heard. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy logo on our shirts. We just wear what’s comfortable and safe for the workshop. The work is mostly about precision, so even if the place looks a bit messy with steel scraps and blueprints, we know where everything is. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys at the tea stall and the delivery drivers by their first names. It’s a solid community in this part of Vatva. We don't write big reports about our vision or anything like that. We just look at the plans, cut the steel, and make sure the parts fit like they are supposed to. Some days are long, especially when a project is behind schedule, but we stick around until it's done. It’s just how we operate. We like the fact that we can build things with our hands and see the results at the end of the shift every single day.
