Gajanand Foods is located at Plot No. 814, near Prima-2 by the Kothari Char Rasta in Santej. It is out in the Kalol area of Gandhinagar. Being a food business is a bit different from the metal shops around here. We have to be a lot cleaner, obviously. There is always the smell of whatever we are processing that day hanging in the air. It is a busy place with people coming and going. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the packaging is right. It is not just about the machines; it is about the ingredients too. We have been at this spot for a long time. The Kothari Char Rasta is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We do not have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just make the food products and send them out. It is a lot of work to keep everything running smoothly. Some days the machines act up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them instead of producing anything. That is just part of owning a business.
