We’ve been out here on the Sarkhej Bavala Highway for a good while now. If you look behind the Sarvoday Hotel in Moraiya, you’ll find our workshop. It’s usually pretty loud with the sound of the machines running, and there’s always someone moving parts around. Most of our time is spent dealing with rotational molding equipment, trying to get the specs right for whoever needs them. It’s not a fancy setup, just a solid building where we get the work done. Some days the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just part of being in this industrial stretch. We’ve got a small crew that knows how these machines tick. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings; it's more about looking at the metal and making sure things are cut right. People stop by because they know we're here, often grabbing a bite at the hotel first. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the welding starts, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the orders. The floor is covered in scraps sometimes, and there’s always a cup of tea sitting on a workbench somewhere. It's just a regular place where we make stuff. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the guys have been here since the start. We just keep our heads down and handle the work that comes through the gate and the back door.
