Moin Samosha Center

You can find Moin Samosha Center at Shop No 992 on Salapose Road in Ahmedabad. We are located right across from the G P O. It’s a very central spot in the city. We’ve been making samosas here at this shop for quite some time. The shop isn't big, it’s actually pretty small, but we use every inch of it. Salapose Road is always busy with people going to the post office or the nearby markets. We get a lot of people stopping by for a quick snack while they are out doing errands. It's mostly a place where you grab something and go, though some people stand around and eat. We don't have any fancy seating or air conditioning. It’s just a local snack shop. We start early in the morning to get everything ready. The smell of the food usually brings people in. We don't do any advertising. People just know we are here across from the G P O. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot, but the post office is still there and so are we. It’s a simple life running a small shop like this. We just focus on making what people like. If you're walking down Salapose Road, you'll see us. We are just a small part of the city, doing our thing every day. It gets hot by the stove, but that is part of the job. It's noisy out there.
