Mitul'S Food Products

Our small factory is located at 156/A/12 in the Kailash Nagar Estate. We are right near the new telephone exchange in the Vatva G.I.D.C. area, which is a big industrial zone. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you are not used to the local roads. We spend most of our time in the production area, making various food items. It is a noisy place with the machines running, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves, and it has been a lot of hard work since then. There isn't much of a showroom or anything like that. If you come by, you will likely see us in our work clothes, probably covered in flour or something similar depending on what we are making that day. We have a few long-term workers who are more like family now. We do not use any big words to describe what we do. We just make food products and hope people like them enough to buy them again. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we have to scramble to fix it, but that is just life in a G.I.D.C. unit. We just keep moving forward and try to stay busy every day. It is a modest setup but it works for us and our families.
