Mitesh Food Products is located at D/14 in the Sardar Industrial Estate. We are on Road Number 2, just off Ajwar Road. It is a busy area with a lot of trucks coming and going all day long. Inside our facility, things are kept as clean as we can manage, though the humidity can be a bit much during the monsoon season. We produce various food items here. It is a lot of monitoring the batches and making sure the packaging machines do not jam up at the wrong time. We have a crew that works in shifts because some of the cooking processes take a long time to finish properly. The office is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of logbooks stacked up. We spend most of our time out on the floor anyway. It is not a high-tech corporate setup at all. We use recipes that have been around for a while and just try to get the flavors consistent every time we start a new batch. Sometimes a delivery truck is late and it throws our whole production schedule off, which is frustrating. We do not have a PR person to write about us, so it is just me telling you how the place runs. We make the food, we pack it, and we send it out to the shops. It is repetitive work, but we take it seriously.
