Maxmech Engineers

We've been over at Plot No. 2102 in Phase IV of Vatva for quite a while now. Most days it’s just the sound of machines running and people getting things done. It’s an industrial estate, so there is always dust and noise, but that’s just how it is here at Maxmech Engineers. We handle the technical side of things without making a big fuss about it. My father started things off and now we just keep the wheels turning. Sometimes the traffic getting into G.I.D.C. is a nightmare, but once you’re inside the gates, it’s all about the metal and the measurements. We aren't fancy. There isn't a glossy showroom or anything like that. Just a solid workshop floor and tools that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend our time looking at drawings and making sure parts fit like they are supposed to. If something breaks, we fix it. If someone needs a specific part made, we figure out how to do it. It’s honest work. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we know each other's habits. We drink tea at the same time every afternoon and then get back to the lathes. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning everywhere; it’s a place where work actually happens. We just stay focused on the engineering and try to get home before it gets too late. We like the routine.
