Maulifab Engineers

You'll find our shop at Plot No. 552 in Phase-II of the GIDC in Vatva. It’s a big industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise and activity going on around us. We do engineering work, mostly focused on fabrication and getting parts ready for other businesses. The shop floor is where everything happens. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where the work gets done. We have some old machines that still run great and some newer ones that we are still getting used to. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoon and makes it pretty warm, so we keep the big doors open for whatever breeze comes through. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Vatva, just one that gets the orders finished. Sometimes we stay late when a big job comes in, and other times it’s a bit slower. We don't have a receptionist or anything; usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. It’s a lot of grease, metal shavings, and heavy lifting. We know the other guys on the block and sometimes borrow tools or help each other out when someone’s truck breaks down. It's just a basic engineering spot where we focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry too much about how the office looks. We like the grit of this area, it feels like real work is happening every single day. Most of us have been in fabrication for a long time.
