Maruti Enginerring

Maruti Engineering is located at number 28 in the Parth Estate, right by the Jamfarwadi Canal in the CTM area of Amraiwadi. It’s a busy little industrial estate. We’ve got a small shop where we handle various engineering tasks. It’s mostly metal fabrication and some repair work for local businesses. The canal is right there, so that’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. It’s just a workshop with the tools we need to get the job done. Often we are working on something and don't even notice the time passing. We started this place because we liked the idea of being our own bosses. It’s not always easy, especially when the power goes out or a machine breaks down, but we make it work. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We cut metal, we weld, and we fix things. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we’re just regular people trying to do a decent job. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s a straightforward life and we’re happy with how things are going in our little corner of Amraiwadi. We try to be fair with everyone and just get through the work day without too much fuss.
