We've been around Maninagar for a while now. Our office is at 308, Ratna Complex, right across from the Bank of Baroda. Most people just know us for the powders and gums we handle here. It gets busy during the day. We spend most of our time dealing with hydrocolloids, which are just ingredients used to thicken things or change textures in food and other products. It isn't the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We have a small team here in Ahmedabad. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls to make sure things get shipped to where they need to go. Sometimes the traffic outside the bank is a nightmare, especially in the evenings. We just try to get the orders right. If you’re looking for the office, just look for the Ratna Complex building. It’s easy to find if you know where the main road is. We’ve stayed in this spot for a reason, it works for us. We don't really do much fancy advertising. Most of our work comes from people who already know what we do. We manage the distribution and talk to suppliers. It's a lot of routine stuff. Sometimes we're here late finishing up some logs or checking on a shipment. That's just how it goes with this kind of business. It’s a practical setup, nothing too flashy inside, just desks and computers and people working.
