Mahavir Xerox

Our shop, Mahavir Xerox, is located right inside the Shreyas Complex. We are at unit number 119, which is quite easy to spot since we are so close to the Navrangpura bus stop and directly across from the Jain Derasar. It is a very busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise from the street and people moving back and forth outside our door. Inside the shop, it is mostly the constant hum of the machines running all day long. We do a lot of copying, binding, and printing. Sometimes the machines get jammed or we run out of paper at the worst possible time, but that is just how this business goes. We do not have much room for people to sit and wait, as the counters are usually piled high with stacks of paper and folders that customers have brought in. Most of the people who come in are students from the nearby areas or folks who just need a few documents copied quickly. We have been in Navrangpura for a long stretch now, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. We do not do anything fancy here and we do not have any big slogans. We just show up, turn on the equipment, and start working through the pile of jobs. It is a simple business, and we try to keep things moving so people do not have to wait in the heat.
