Our office is at MB House, which is 51 Chandrodaya Society on Stadium Road in Naranpura. It’s a familiar building in this part of Ahmedabad. We’ve been in this neighborhood for many years, and the area has changed a lot around us. Inside, it’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and the sound of people talking on phones. We are an engineering firm, so there’s always a bit of technical talk happening in the hallways. It’s not a flashy place with modern art on the walls. It feels like a real office where people have worked for decades. The furniture is a bit dated, and the files are stacked high, but it’s home for us. We start our mornings with the usual routine of checking messages and getting the projects lined up. Naranpura is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of noise coming from the stadium road outside. We have a lot of regulars who have been coming to see us at MB House for a long time. We aren't trying to be some massive global entity. We just handle the engineering work that comes our way and try to do a decent job of it. Sometimes the meetings go long, and we end up staying late into the night. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a simple way of running things that has served us well.
