L M P Precision Engineering Co. Pvt Ltd is based at plot no.2 in the GIDC area of Antaliya. We’ve been operating from this plot for quite some time now. Precision work is what we do, but that doesn't mean we have a fancy, sterile lab. It’s a proper engineering workshop with the smell of oil and the sound of machines humming in the background. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and making sure the measurements are exactly where they need to be. It’s detail-oriented work, but we enjoy the challenge of it. The GIDC in Antaliya is a practical place to be located. Everything we need is within reach, and it’s a good community of industrial businesses. We aren't big on corporate talk or long meetings. We’d rather be out on the floor seeing how the projects are coming along. Our team is small enough that everyone knows each other’s names and how they like their tea. We don't have a marketing team writing glossy brochures for us. We just rely on the quality of what we produce. The building is simple and functional, which is exactly what an engineering firm needs. We focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized amid all the metal and tools. It’s steady work. We’ve got our routine down, and it seems to work for everyone involved here at plot number two. We just keep at it.
