Krishna Engineering Works

Krishna Engineering Works is tucked away at Plot No. 28 in Madhuvan. We are pretty close to the Prestige Bungalows and the Punit Nagar crossing road in Ghodasar. It’s a bit of a mix here between residential houses and small workshops. We try to keep the noise down early in the morning so we don’t bother the neighbors too much. The shop is where we spend most of our lives. We have been working with metal for a long time. It’s mostly just mechanical work, fixing things or making small components that people need. The space is filled with the sound of grinding and welding when we’re in the middle of a job. We don’t have any fancy brochures. Most of our tools are old but they still work perfectly fine if you know how to handle them. The tea breaks are the highlight of the day, usually around 4 PM when the sun starts to dip. We talk about the local news or whatever is happening on the street. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We know everyone who walks through the door. Ghodasar has changed quite a bit since we first started, with more houses popping up, but we’re still here doing the same things we’ve always done. It’s just simple, daily engineering work that keeps the lights on and the families fed.
