Kosher Food Industries

You can find Kosher Food Industries over at Plot No.419 in the Kalasagar Mall. We are situated right near the Sattadhar Cross Road in Ghatlodiya. Being in a mall means there is always something happening around us. It is quite a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. Our setup is pretty functional. We focus on the food side of things, so there is always a lot of activity in our space. It’s not a fancy restaurant with mood lighting; it’s more of an industrial food unit where we handle the production and packaging. The smell of whatever we are making usually drifts out into the hallway. We have a small group of workers who show up every day to get the orders ready. It can get a bit cramped when a big shipment of raw materials arrives, and we have to move things around to make room. The mall atmosphere is lively, but we mostly stay tucked away in our unit doing the work. We deal with a lot of suppliers and delivery drivers who are always coming in and out. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the machines are running right. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting the food items out the door so they can get to the shops. It's a lot of hard work but it keeps us all going.
