Kirtiraj Equipment

Kirtiraj Equipment is based in the Capital Compound over in Loteshwar Bhagol. It’s an industrial sort of area, so we fit right in with the noise and the trucks moving around. We work on machinery and equipment that people need for their own businesses. The workshop is usually a bit dusty and there’s always the sound of metal hitting metal or a drill going off somewhere in the back. We aren't a high-end showroom. If you come here, you’re going to see tools lying around and parts waiting to be cleaned. It’s a practical space for practical people. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture because that doesn't help us fix the equipment. We started this because we liked working with our hands and seeing how things are built. Most of the people working here live nearby and we’ve known each other for a long time. We aren't trying to be world-famous. We just want to make sure the equipment that leaves our shop is in good working order. If a customer has a problem, they just walk in and talk to us. We don't have a complicated phone menu or a customer service department. It’s just us sitting at the old wooden desks or standing over a workbench. We do the work, we charge a fair price, and we move on to the next job.
