Our office is in room 310 of Dheeraj Avenue, right near Jmc House in the Ambavadi area. It is a decent spot in Ahmedabad where a lot of business gets done. We handle food products, and our daily life involves a lot of talking to suppliers and checking on inventory. We do not have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the third floor and find us working. The desks are usually covered in samples and spreadsheets. We are a private limited company, but we do not really act like those big ones you see on TV. We are more interested in whether the latest batch of ingredients arrived on time and if the taste is consistent. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big shipment coming in, and other times it is a bit quieter. We have a small group of people who handle the sales and the logistics. We do not use any scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we have and when we can get it to them. Ambavadi is a nice area, and we like being here. It feels like we are part of the local scene. We just keep our heads down, focus on the food, and try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as it can in a busy city.
