Khodiyar Engineering Works

Khodiyar Engineering Works is situated at No C-8 in the Ravi Estate. We are inside the old Rustam Mill Compound in Dudheshwar. The compound has a lot of history, and you can see it in the bricks and the old gates. Our workshop is one of those places where there is always the sound of grinding or hammering. We do general engineering stuff. It’s a messy job, so don't expect a clean floor if you stop by. We’ve got lathes, drills, and a few welding sets that have seen a lot of use. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but we know where everything is. Dudheshwar is an old part of the city, and the streets around the mill compound are quite narrow. We’ve been here for a long time, working with local clients who need things fixed or made from scratch. We don't have a brochure or a fancy pitch. We just look at the piece of metal or the broken part and figure out how to deal with it. It’s a small team, just a few of us who know the trade. We eat our tiffin together in the corner near the big window. There’s no corporate ladder here. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s an honest way to earn a living, and the Ravi Estate feels like home to us now after all these years.
