Khodiyar Engg

Our workshop for Khodiyar Engg is at Plot No-C 51 in the Javeri Estate. It’s located on Singwara Road, just behind the Kathwada G.I.D.C. area. It’s a busy industrial neighborhood, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks going by. We’ve been here for several years now. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. It’s not the cleanest place because we’re always working with metal and tools, but that’s the nature of engineering. We don't have a fancy reception area or a person in a suit to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us in our work gear. We just focus on getting the engineering work done correctly. We don’t use any complicated business speak or try to impress people with big words. If a job needs doing, we figure out the best way to do it with the tools we have. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to spend extra time fixing them, but we don't hide that. It’s just part of the process. We have a small team, and everyone knows their role. We don't have a lot of hierarchy here. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people who enjoy working with our hands. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever project is on the bench today.
